• Apply the Retinol to your skin after cleansing in the evening. Always make sure your skin is completely dry before applying this product. Do not use during the day.
• Always introduce Retinol to the skin slowly if you have never used it before.
• Start off by using it once a week, then twice a week, then three times a week and build-up to every night if your skin can tolerate it. Use it according to your skin tolerance. Some people can only use it once a week.
• Retinols can cause slight irritation and flaking of the skin but this is usually a transient or temporary side-effect until the skin is tolerant.
• Always use a sunscreen every day but it is more important than ever when using Retinol.
