Thank you for visiting and shopping at Greendotonline.co.za. Herewith are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time:

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Greendotonline.co.za ships to addresses countrywide using a third party courier service. Please note that this will incur an extra charge.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Damages

 Greendotonline.co.za is not responsible for any damages to products when using a third party courier service and a claim should be put in directly to the service provider. Please keep all damaged items before filing a claim.
